Arc Membership Portal Club Admin Access Request
Please complete this form to request changes to the Arc Membership Portal administrators for your Club.
Please do not submit Arc Membership Portal admin requests that are due to changeovers in Club Execs after AGMs in late 2021 - these Arc Membership Portal Admin changes will be completed after and will be allocated to the Executive members that you have specified in your reaffiliation application. Only submit this form if your Arc Membership Portal admins have already been updated but you wish to request they be reallocated to different members of your Exec team.
Arc Membership Portal Admins updates will be processed by the Arc Clubs team after your Reaffiliation application is processed - after submitting your Reaffiliation application, do you not need to take any further action to request admin changes.
Arc Membership Portal administrators for your Club must be current Executives, and there are two administrators per Club. Please ensure that the new admins have joined your Club on the Arc Membership Portal.
Note: This request form is not intended for frequent Arc Membership Portal admin changes for your Club - the main reason for changes should be changeovers in your Club's Executive team.
- Changes for other reasons may not be approved.
- Changes where the new administrators have recently been elected may require the election details to have been reviewed and approved by the Arc Clubs team before administrators will be reassigned. These elections approvals follow the standard reaffiliation or EGM approval processes.
